Lizá Ramalho and Artur Rebelo were invited to give a workshop and lecture at the École Supérieure d’Art de Bretagne (Rennes, France). Twelve 4th and 5th year students were asked to base a graphic identity on an audio recording of a building. At the final stage of the workshop, the building was finally revealed to them. In conjunction with pictures, drawings and layout plans of the building, they presented a recorded interview with the project’s author – architect Eduardo Souto de Moura – who described his creative process.
A conference in the Beaux-Arts auditorium was also dedicated to R2’s projects and work methodology.
